Curtain Walling
Curtain Walling

curtain_wallingWHS Halo curtain walling, is part of the wider range of window and door systems used for clients in the public sector refurbishment and new build markets, has been designed to offer the widest versatility combined with ease of manufacture, installation, and future maintenance.

The system is designed to meet the demands of large scale refurbishment projects typically found in many of our educational buildings and office blocks. It perfectly combines the use of aluminium and PVC-U components.

WHS Halo curtain walling is increasingly used across a wide spectrum of building projects, including new build and housing regeneration, and for the Ministry of Defence. However, over 80% of WHS Halo curtain walling schemes involve the refurbishment of educational buildings which no longer meet the requirements of modern day building regulations or “fit for purpose” environments.

With the government’s stated commitment to regenerate secondary schools on a national basis, the need for a tried and tested curtain walling system will become an even greater necessity for specifiers throughout the UK.

Thermally efficiency
WHS Halo’s new and improved curtain walling delivers better thermal efficency than ever before. The system acheives a reduced 1.0 U-value. The resulting curtain wall installation obtains an ‘A’ rated WER value.
