A new low threshold is now available for WHS Halo’s Eloquence sliding patio door. This makes it suitable for use where improved access is required and space restrictions make a sliding door the only practical solution.
By reducing the step height from 60mm to 25mm, the new threshold makes access simpler for wheelchair users, parents with pushchairs, those who use walking aids and for mobility scooters.
The threshold also makes the door ideal for use between main living accommodation and conservatories, orangeries or other extensions.
Eloquence patio doors fitted with the new threshold have successfully achieved a weathering performance of 200pa with respect to water tightness. This means the performance of the threshold is equivalent to a triple weatherseal.
